After scheduling your appointment:

  1. Complete an application and pre-screening questionnaire for each adult in the household and any co-signer.
  2. Bring your applications, questionnaire, and $35 check or money order for each application to your appointment. Checks and money orders should be made out to “Plymouth Housing Group.”

Below are the basic requirements for tenancy:

  • Income restrictions apply. If you earn between $8 and $17 per hour you may qualify—please call us to find out.
  • We must be able to verify your source of income and past rental history.
  • Section 8 vouchers welcomed.
