Plymouth Housing Group owns and manages 12 buildings that
provide homes to nearly 1,000 residents in downtown Seattle. Our most recent addition to the downtown
community, the
A. L. Humphrey House, opens summer 2010 in Belltown. It offers 81 apartments with on-site case management, 24-hour security and supportive services for people with a mental illness or drug dependency.
Plymouth also leases more than 60,000 square feet of commercial
space in eight Plymouth buildings to 17 different retail tenants. Since
many of our buildings were built around the turn of the century
and have historical significance, Plymouth has played a part in
the preservation of Seattle's history and heritage. View
