Plymouth Housing Group owns and manages 12 buildings that
provide 790 units of permanent housing for homeless or very low-income
people in downtown Seattle. Our most recent addition to the downtown
community, the Langdon and Anne Simons Senior Apartments, opened
this January in Belltown. It offers 92 apartments with on-site
supportive services for elderly and military veteran homeless
individuals. This building was the fourth and final project
of the Building Hope Capital
Campaign.
Plymouth also leases more than 60,000 square feet of commercial
space in eight PHG buildings to 17 different retail tenants. Since
many of our buildings were built around the turn of the century
and have historical significance, Plymouth has played a part in
the preservation of Seattle's history and heritage. View
